29 Days, Day 8

A mixture of pictures from the last three years shows some of the SMTC students who became interns, who launched out into ministry on their own, and somewhere in the process became very dear to my heart. There are lots and lots of memories from times in class with them, to late night parties at the training center, to birthday dinners, Thanksgiving dinner, and game night at my house, to exploring parts of Odessa, to the crazy Evangelism class in Yalta, all the way to visiting each one of them in their home towns, doing ministry with them, and meeting their family and friends.

So today, on Day 8 of 29 Days of Thanksgiving, I'm thankful for:

Vika and Marina, serving in Krasnoarmeysk, Ukraine

Vali, serving in Pitesti, Romania, and Szymon, working and serving in Warsaw, Poland
Anya, serving in India

Filemon, serving in Warsaw, Poland

Edyta and Sylwia, studying and serving in Poznan, Poland

I'm thankful for:

-their hearts for God and for people
-their ongoing friendship and care for me
-their seeking to grow in their relationship with God and in ministry
-God bringing them into my life
-all that they've taught me
