Today I am thankful for my time at Siloam Homes back in January. I returned to the US full of questions and not sure about where I would end up in the world. I was asking God for some clear answers before a big meeting with the heads of my agency and needed some quiet time without any distractions and without people constantly asking me what the next step was.
On Day 2 of 29 Days of Thankfulness, I'm thankful for:
-quiet time: time to ask God questions and to just be still and listen
-the other missionaries that I met there
-the beauty and character of the countryside
-the big house to pad around in
-daily walks to enjoy God's creation
-great times of fellowship with God
-answers
