Today, on Day 13, I'm thankful for the opportunity to learn. I'm thankful for a desire to learn how to care for missionaries. I'm thankful for the resources that are available so that I can add tools to my toolbox. I'm thankful for those who come alongside and enable me financially to attend these conferences, workshops, and classes. I'm thankful for the many people I've met from other organizations who also care deeply for missionaries and want to provide the best possible care for them. I'm thankful for the older, wiser people I've met at these trainings who've encouraged me so much by their life stories and all that they have to share- and who are enthusiastic about younger people joining in the ministry of Member/Staff/Missionary Care.
