Balcony Gardening

Little things that make me happy: looking out the window at flowers. No one else seems to care about this. I am the only person in the entire building with visible flowers on my balcony. I like to think of it as my contribution to the community.

Margaritka, common mint and spearmint

I love my flowers and I think you contributed to that love by your interest in plants at an early age! I understand your feeling about looking out and seeing their beauty. I just stand and look at the Hydrangeas, Gardenias and Lilies that are blooming so profusely right now and am thankful! Love you!

Yes, it's a miracle that you turned into a gardener. Somehow along the way, you turned from killing all plant life into a green thumb. =-D

Beautiful! You would love one of the balconies in our building. I'll have to try to get a photo for you, without looking like a stalker. There's this one balcony, alone in a whole building of the usual: it looks like something out of Europe. Our building is brick, but they covered the old brick, just on their part of the wall, and put a pretty, bright fake brick over it. Then there's wrought iron and flowers! It makes me laugh a little, because of how it stands out, but it really does look nice.
