The pack of wild dogs that lives in my apartment complex(there are nine in this pack). There's much to be said for the old saying, "Let sleeping dogs lie", when contemplating a bunch of wild dogs. Though I do think that my pack seems to be much nicer than some of the others around.

My entrance. There are four separate entrances in this bldg. and they don't connect to each other.
The announcement board outside the entrance to my stairwell. Most of these are just advertisements for new apartments. There's one on there, however, that says I need to pay something(it lists everyone in the bldg.) and I know the amount that I need to pay and that it has something to do with water, but no company name or info. is given on where to pay it.

You've probably done this already, but a good idea would be to ask a friend to read the water bill and help you with the details of where and how that is paid. I'm sure you've been learning that each utility is usually paid for separately and uniquely. =)
When they start putting your name up, it might not be long before you get 'summoned' to some Board of Review for Delinquent Water-Users. =)

I did and like I said, there's no info. anywhere. She couldn't figure it out, either. She's coming over again on Wed. and we're going to ask my next door neighbor about it. Almost everyone in the entire building was on the list.
