Beds, Boys and Balloons- Pictures of the Week

I saw this dog when I was coming out of the store and thought that this was such a fabulous sight, that I rushed home, dropped my groceries on the floor, grabbed my camera and ran back, praying that he was still there snoozing.

For Sarah and Tapley: the McNeill family. Nathan & Rebecca went to Belhaven with my best friend and are currently in Odessa adopting an 11 yr. old orphan, Yura. I spent the afternoon visiting with them and then went to a bible study with them and some other friends that evening.

Happy 20th anniversary to my building! That means that my building was built right before the fall of Communism. It must had had some serious repairs or good upkeep since then, because it's one of the cleanest and nicest kept apartment buildings that I've been in here.

yay! I'm glad you got in touch with them! All the boys are so cute (and the 11 year old looks like them).

Wow, you apt. building must be very special. i have never heard or seen anyone celebrating the anniversary of the building with balloons and such (or celebrating/remembering at all!!) You must have some nice people living there!!! Awesome!!
About Yura..is that the same little boy that the couple was trying to adopt in like September? I must be confusing people. I just remember this couple (forgot their names) who came to church one Sunday and was in the process of adopting a boy from Odessa...anyway, Im just being curious. Have an awesome week! Anything I can bring for you before I head back to Odessa?
