Well, it's here. Tomorrow I leave for the five weeks of craziness. I think I'm ready, and amazingly enough, I'm not running around like a crazy person today. =-) I did my final pack this morning, went to the bank, picked up a couple more last minute requests from Target, and have a few more cards to finish for the ladies in Odessa who won't be going to the Staff Conference. Then I'm going to get a manicure(something I do maybe 2x a yr. b/c I usually mess up the manicure within about 30 minutes), and go to Zumba tonight. It's been a good, stress free day, thus far. I hope ya'll are prepared for an onslaught of updates and pictures. =-) The excitement has arrived, mixed with a good measure of prayer that I can handle all that is ahead.
Ways That You Can Pray:
*Travel is exhausting. From door to door it will take 20-21 hours. Pray for smooth flying/no delays.
*Lots of germs abound on 3 different planes with lots of people. Pray for a great immune system.
*The overseas flight isn't any fun at all. Pray that I can sleep and not be restless.
*Time zone changes can mess with one's body. I normally adjust well heading to E. Europe. Pray that this is no different.
Thanks for all of your prayers and support! I'll update on facebook soon after I arrive, and on here- within the first couple of days if I have internet.
